Warranty Coverage:

DockBloxx provides a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. (The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of DockBloxx and is non-transferable.)

Warranty Benefits:

During the warranty period, DockBloxx will replace any defective part or product. The replacement will be carried out free of charge, including labor and parts, except in cases of damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications. If the product is no longer available and cannot be repaired, DockBloxx reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value. If you prefer a refund, simply let us know, and we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Warranty Limitations:

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Any alterations or modifications made by non-DockBloxx personnel will void the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover any accessories or additional components not sold by DockBloxx.

Warranty Claims:

• To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact the DockBloxx customer support team within the warranty period. support@dockbloxx.com or at https://dockbloxx.com/returns/
• The customer will be required to provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date (if available), order number, invoice number, or the retailer’s name.
• DockBloxx may require the customer to return the defective product, at the customer’s expense, for inspection and evaluation.

Exclusions and Disclaimers:

• DockBloxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
• This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law:

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hall County, GA.
